Do you clean things like playground structures, fencing, and driveways?

Yes. Our low pressure, SAFE softwash process provides beautiful results on vinyl siding, hardie plank siding, painted surfaces, playgrounds, pool decks and sidewalks, canopy tents, and just about all other exterior surfaces. We can clean and sanitize playgrounds and other public areas. Softwashing cleans and brightens without the destructive effects of a pressure washer.

Will the cleaning solution damage my plants or harm my family or pets?

Specific plant and property protection training has been completed by all technicians, and strict protocols are part of our everyday operating procedures. People, pets, and plants remain safe. Our solutions are eco-friendly and biodegradable. We do ask that pets and family members stay indoors until the job is complete. Some pets, for instance, don’t like the garden hose, while others want to play with it. Certainly, we understand that people need to come and go. This is accomplished with a little prior coordination before the work begins. Pets are free to go outside once the job is complete, work site is cleaned up, and any gates are closed.

What is softwashing?

Softwashing is an alternative to pressure/power washing that does not make use of harmful high pressure. Softwashing thoroughly treats and cleans while eliminating the microbes that are the root cause of discoloration on exterior surfaces.

What types of surfaces can be cleaned with softwashing?

Our services are priced based on several factors, such as square footage, the scope of service, and job materials being used. We provide quotes and schedule service conveniently through phone and email. In-person estimates are not always needed.
